PMP — Project Management Professional
An exam-aligned certification program for the world's leading project management credential — built on the new July 2026 Examination Content Outline. Master the People, Process, and Business Environment domains across predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery, with the new case-study and graphic-based question formats practiced throughout.
The Project Management Professional (PMP) program is an instructor-led certification course for PMI's flagship credential. Every module is mapped directly to the July 2026 Examination Content Outline — the current exam, updated July 9, 2026, which replaced the January 2021 ECO — so you study the new domain weightings and question types, not older materials.
The 2026 exam tests roughly 40% predictive and 60% adaptive/agile and hybrid delivery, woven across all three domains, and integrates modern themes: AI, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on outcomes, value, and business impact. This course trains all of it scenario-first, with dedicated practice for the new case/scenario and graphic-based question formats (plus enhanced matching, point-and-click, and pull-down items) and full-length timed mock exams that mirror the real 180-question, 240-minute structure with its two 10-minute breaks.
The program's 36 instructor-led hours are designed to satisfy the 35 hours of project management training required for PMP exam eligibility. On completion you will be ready to apply for and sit the PMP exam and to lead projects across predictive, agile, and hybrid environments.
